I'd prefer to hear some rather brutal death metal that has no pig vocals, good normal production, doesn't rely solely on blast beats, and has breakdowns that aren't just ridiculously slow single notes in no discernible rhythm, but instead feature riffs that actually work as riffs.

Example: 1:08 into this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rK0vkwxg ... PkjKXq6ZiF

Give me more of that, please!

Infernal Revulsion for sure. Production's a bit on the rougher side (youtube quality is not helping either), but they're probably one of the riff-ingest brutal death metal bands around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPacCumuWbM

Maybe Despondency? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJLgcDeeILY

Also the new Dehumanized, along with the old Dehumanized, and Prophecy if you like that too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXEgxt6e1g4

Infernal Revulsion is good. Pretty much just what I was looking for.

Despondency is completely ruined by the awful vocals.

Dehumanized isn't bad. I can get into them.

Thanks for the recommendations so far.

Maybe try the previous album? Different vocalist, though not extremely different.

I thought of two more, if you don't mind slightly older bands - Deprecated and Cinerary. Cinerary has Matti Way from Disgorge, so the vocals may not be your thing. Deprecated is a side project of Terrance Hobbs and Derek Boyer from Suffo, they released an EP a number of years ago and are recently reactivated and supposedly recording their first full-length Engulfing Delusions right now.

Cinerary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnROplPG9Ng
(new) Deprecated: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LzYvgc4uww

I also recommend older DS, they aren't much different, but they are different, and their slams hit hard as fuck.

I hate to be this way but honestly it would be in your best interest to expand your horizons when it comes to what you're able to tolerate when it comes to vocals. Suffocation more or less inspired dozens (if not hundreds) of bands that attempt to copy, innovate, or streamline their music. Many of them basically take Suffocation and then ramp-up the extremity of the vocals, the catchiness of the breakdowns, and bleakness of the atmosphere, etc.

Unfortunately for you, most of those bands like to utilize pig squeels or some other harsh vocal techniques not utilized specifically by Frank Mullen.

Try Katalepsy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxY-jj7CpyE) : no pig squeels (I think), brutal dm w/ catchy breakdowns

Wormed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzNIIZHFfqk) : pig squeeling (not incredibly forward in the mix, rather unique and well done), extremely fast, extremely catchy and extremely heavy breakdowns, technical

Pathology (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvjN90R9eoc) : very powerful and deep vocals, sometimes sounds like a pig but not really, catchy breakdowns

Human Mincer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtSP6_PMbxY)

Severed Savior for technical death with slams ala Suffocation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X99eBLldgWg
And for catchy, more straightforward slam like the latest Devourment:
Vomitous http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jC7A7YrqqY
Kraanium http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lfni4FCIx8

Revenance, Covenance, Disciples of Mockery, Abacinate, Disciples of Berkowitz, Severance, Criminal Element

I apologize for the list but I can't be arsed to make post links atm, the only band on this list that has semi shit piggy vocals is the guy from Abacinate. All of these bands take Suffo's brutal death metal sound and add some hardcore to the fray, without getting into the shitty piggy vocals and god awful overproduction that brutal death metal has become a laughing stock for.

Thing is, Suicide Silence actually are more sonically massive than a good 95% of all the death metal bands in the Archives! Not metal, sure, but definitely a lot more brutal.

I'm okay with listening to different things, but that's not what I'm looking for right now.

And pig squeals is just not appealing to me. It's like country music vocals. I don't like them. I can't be expected to enjoy everything, and that is one thing I don't enjoy.

Preach it mate.
I know how you feel, and honestly, I too never thought I'd like pig squeals, but they've grown on me.
Not sure if you'd dig their vocals, but Cattle Decapitation has some pretty sick breakdowns on their newest album.
