You should rather look for a musician in the musician communities. In like 30 cities in Brazil we have integrated communities in their own websites and in Facebook called "Tô sem Banda" (I'm not in a band), where all kinds of musician adds appear and have results. You really must have something like that up there.

By the way, you didn't inform where in the second biggest country in the world you live hahaha

true that, but here it's easier to recruit people for international recording projects. it's not often that there is someone close. Aside from the 2 I knew on here prior to posting I only met one person who was close enough to come over and get some stuff going which turned out pretty well for a 2 day recording session.
