I'm afraid I'll have to miss that when it will (probably) come here.

I hope that Cradle of Filth is the headliner, so I can miss them. At least, they can come to New Jersey, the state that almost no one goes to.

Yikes. If it was a standalone show, it can be excused...but for a tour? What a crazy (read silly) mix!

God damn. I fucking love the new Faceless album, but I doubt I'll go since I can't stand any of the other bands on here.

Of course they are, they still sell a lot of albums and they are widely popular.

Cradle's added a couple songs to their set that weren't on the last 2 or 3 tours. They're playing Born in a Burial Gown and Summer Dying Fast again and they've started playing Tragic Kingdom live, which is a very good thing as that song's one of the best on Godspeed.

If CoF continue to play mostly old songs then it would be worth it to show up just for them. I only wish they'd play more from the first album and Rape and Ruin of Angels.

Has anyone been able to find venues selling tickets for this tour yet? I'm on the fence about going and am curious to see if any good local bands get added on my date. Normally when they start selling tickets, they'll mention that...

I'd probably go for Cradle of Filth alone.

*awaits stones being thrown in his general direction*

I've always wanted to see how my gateway band play live differently than they did half a decade ago.

They are infinitely better than they were in 06-07. Dani doesn't sound like a dying cat anymore, Martin's infinitely better at the old material than Adrian was, Sarah Jezebel Deva and her crappy voice aren't around anymore, and they're just all around better as a live band than they were in the period spanning Nymphetamine and Thornography.

I'm going. I love Decapitateds early stuff, and their new stuff isn't too bad. The Faceless is also pretty good these days, and I can tolerate the Agonist and Cradle. Although my main hope for this year is that Paganfest comes to my town...

I haven't seen Cradle of Filth or Decapitated but I heard that they both put on an insane performance. Now I am looking forward to Decapitated but I heard the new stuff doesn't sound as good as Winds of Creation or Nihility. As for the Faceless they need no introduction because they put on an amazing performance especially Michael Keene on guitar and I saw a video of the new drummer and omg is he good but I don't know if he will be able to do as good as Lyle Cooper did before he left. Shit I can't wait for this tour though.

They arn't going anywhere near Portland and honestly, I'm no torn up about it. I saw them 09 with Satyricon and Septic Flesh and the put on one hell of a show. I'm not a fan the sound their new album has taken, not to metion how stripped down the band hs become.

"Cradle Of Filth US Tour Cancellation Statement

Cradle Of Filth are really sorry to tell all of their fans that their US tour '28 Days Closer to Hell' is going to have to be cancelled, due to US immigration issues beyond the band’s control.

They have been desperately trying to solve these problems, but it has become evident they are not going to be resolved in time for the band to embark on a tour that starts next week.

The band sincerely apologise to all their fans and to the other acts on the tour and want to assure people they have made every effort possible to go ahead with the tour."

Wow, Cradle of Filth seriously got the entire tour cancelled. Honestly, I already didn't like them, and was only going to the show to see Decapitated and The Faceless. I was even going to leave around the time Cradle would start playing, since I'd have school the next day. I am beyond pissed that they got the show cancelled for everyone else.

You do know that it was completely out of their control, right?
