I got them in a local record shop here in Riverside. Got them for super cheap. 3 dollars for each tape. So many good tapes at that shop and they don't even know the value of them so they put them for cheap. Saint Vitus, Doom, Brujeria, Mercyful Fate, Morgoth, Death, Etc.

that's fucking crazy man, I once found a Carelian Satanist Madness cd for $8 used at a record store, then I came home to find that it was used on amazon for $65, not as sweet as your find though

that's sick dude. Some people get all the breaks. Did you get enough for all of us?

AWW FUCK! That dipshit who sold me the 7 H. Target CD on ebay just told me he's out of stock with it and asked if I wanted anything else :finger:

Nothing particularly photogenic:

Cinerary - Rituals of Desecration
Dominion - Born God and Aware
Heresiarchs of Dis - Denuntiatus Cinis
Raven Woods - Enfeebling the Throne

I haven't searched the forums to see how much love that Heresiarchs of Dis got when it came out, but let me just say, if you want to hear a continuation of Emperor's Nightside/Anthems sound, saturated with the megalomaniacal and hallucinatory qualities of something like The Tenth Sublevel of Suicide, find this album. It's on Moribund.
http://youtu.be/cUKZou7gIDE
(or whole album on YT)

And Dominion is a Swedish band playing a style that employs a little tech death, a little brutal death, but still comes off catchy and original. They sound like what I wanted Hate Eternal to sound like.
http://youtu.be/c55g9uuqUlA (not the best song on the album, but the breakdown -- not the slam death kind -- compels me to share)

Sounds like close to how cheapo prices their cassettes. $4 for a known band, $3 for local bnads, and $2 for unknown bands (For the Most Part).

Is this an american label? Have you ordered from them before? Do you trust them?

I'm literally about to pay for this. I just want your reassurance.

Yeah, they're American. I can't personally vouch for them, as I've not ordered from them yet, but they're pretty big and frequently mentioned. You could check the good/bad distro thread in the buy/sell subforum.

Just ordered 7 H. Target from that distro. Here's to placing faith (and twelve bucks) in distros you're not familiar with. If this works, I got a great deal. If not, i'm gonna be pissed.

Stepping in for a second to say that, yes, by personal experience Sevared are good, quick to ship, and reliable.

I thought the original pressing of Wolfheart had just a wolf on it? That coverart looks like the Century media repress with the bonus dvd, I may be wrong of course.

You have to be really lucky which happens only once or twice a year. Usually you only find bullshit music but sometimes you get rewarded for spending so much time there :-). The guy from whom I bought this had much more for sale (bunch of Mercyful Fate and King Diamond LPs and lots of other Black and Death Metal stuff which I already own).

Man, and I consider myself lucky to get some good music at a local music shop! Well done, man! Here's to hoping my day of reckoning is close, so I can get deals like you!

Fucking shit. That guy who didn't have the 7 H. Target CD I ordered on ebay didn't give me a full refund! :guns:

You know the guy who traded it in to the lakewood exchange?

Yeah, the days of not buying relatively expensive thrash metal vinyls has come to an end. I skipped out on death angel and testament and exodus and suffocation debut vinyls (because they were 20 bucks) (okay i'm gunna stop my self inflicted humiliation now :P) and I knew the rigor mortis had to be mine.

Asti & Veracs: Regarding the Moonspell first press, there are a few different prints dating from 1995. There are editions with both covers on jewel case and a digipak edition which is the one that has the ninth track (Ataegina). My version has the white cover with two wolves with a DURECO matrix and no IPFI for instance. The remastered 2CD edition has the other cover but with a blueish colouring.

I really have no idea which one is the actual first press but they're all from 1995 so...
