So I'm trying to get into Power Metal, but I don't really know where to start.
My wish to get into the genre started when I found this song by Pathfinder and I realized that while I had touched upon it, I had never really paid that much attention to the genre on my journey to becoming a metalhead.

What made me want to explore the genre more was the vocals. They are powerful and majestic, yet melodic and catchy.
Problem is... it's just so much cheese. Too much cheese. I need less cheese.

And that is really all I'm asking for. Good suggestions of Power Metal bands with great, powerful singers without being too cheesy.
