Hi everyone!

I recorded a demo-like song with my wife today and I would like to have some feedback about it: its decent? sounds like something in particular?

We composed the track this afternoon and recorded everything to not forget the idea, so the execution it's not flawless, since we used just 1 take for every instrument. We'll record the vocals soon when we have some time to do so.

Thanx in advance!

I think you got a good song there on your hands. anything negative I would say are things you already plan on addressing (vocals, tighter guitar playing)

Thanx! I'm more a black metal musician and this death metal thing it kinda new to me.

About the guitar playing: it will be better and it will sound better for sure. I had some problems with the guitar jack so one of the takes has some scratches/noises that sometimes cut the sound but the final takes will be done with more dedication and the guitar on good conditions.

What about the riffs? are good enough? sounds like something in particular?

riffs reminded me of the more modern releases from Vader, Deicide, Malevolent Creation. just nice and solid slabs of fast paced death metal.

if you make an ep of stuff like this, I'd buy it.

Well, I just did another song. The execution and sound seems to be very different, so any feedback is again welcome.

Nice, solid OSDM. I liked the sludgy guitar tone (as opposed to the typical buzzsaw sound in most OSDM). Not much I can fault, though 1 or 2 slow breaks would add some variety, if you desire.

Thanx! this song was aimed to be 'relentless', but the rest will have more tempo changes for sure.

I updated the first raw recording to be similar to the 2nd one, this one has more variety on it:

The guitars have a weird 'scratch' sound cause I played them with a coin instead a pick and it was way more rushed than the last one.
