My band is preparing to go back into the studio in the next few months but our demo still hasn't gotten any reviews on this site. Since I'd be interested to get any feedback that you guys could throw our way, I thought now would be a good time to request a review for it. You should be able to stream the tracks on our facebook page, linked in my signature. Other links you should probably have:

ReverbNation
Mortal Mess on the MA

Granted, the sound quality isn't the best when you're streaming online so, if you want higher quality mp3's I've linked the tracks in order below. If you want a hard copy of the demo send me a pm. (Even at its best, I concede the mix/master leaves something to be desired but it's just a demo so we did the best we could with limited resources.) Thanks!

It would be really cool is someone could Review Infirmity's "Unfit For Heaven" E.P.
If you review it, you MUST be someone who is into Death/Black/Grind Metal.
And keep in mind that this is their first E.P. & is self released.
And listen to the E.P at least two times before fully reviewing it.

You can download the entire E.P. for free at the link below.

I for one love the album and will try to review it soon. Easily the best of the year so far, I must have listened to it 15-20 times already...

Forwarded this to a few prog fans who occasionally contribute reviews to MA, I liked the stuff and think the band has a lot of potential.

It's going to be when I call a bad black/death metal band a ripoff of Watain, who are in turn a ripoff of Dissection. Watain are going to take it seriously and come kill me :(

Send me an mp3 copy (shipping to Aus will take too long/cost too much) and I'll do the Diseased Oblivion one.

Hello everyone,

My band Autolatry has released an EP last week, and we're looking to get some reviews. The style is progressive black metal from New England.

The EP is called "Of The Land" and can be streamed or downloaded here: http://autolatry.bandcamp.com/album/of-the-land

Thanks in advance!

I'll see what I can come up with, I have a few promo copies of albums by both those bands that I bummed off a friend about 7 months ago that I never got around to. Just to give you some advanced warning, I'm sort of lukewarm on both of these bands, though I do recall liking 3 Inches Of Blood's debut album.

I was actually recommended these guys like two years ago when I asked for something like Melechesh and, being the ungrateful dick that I am, never got around to it. I'm shitty with requests but I'll keep this in mind.

Thanks, I've actually become somewhat proud of my "Metal Romanticization Of Lucifer" series and will probably dropping a 3rd installment covering Cradle Of Filth's "Damnation And A Day" some time soon. There's something fascinating about the various metallic reinterpretations of The Divine Comedy and Paradise Lost that compels me to get all verbose on the subject. :-D

Orion, I'm keen, BUT I strongly suggest you send it to me as an Mp3. I tell every dude that requests a review from me: I tend to review on a whim/when I'm bored (and I'm going to start mining again thursday, so I'll probably be doing some reviews); so while I may do it as soon as the promo gets here, it might take a few months before I write anything. It could be a year. I'll send you my address tomorrow if you're insistent on physical copies.

Would someone kindly review the band Mortal Remains? They only have one release (an EP).

I want to know what some reviewers think of them. They are considered the "top dogs" of death metal here in my city, although I'm not a fan of them.
