I decided to do a request here, the Thrash Metal help thing seems to have heaps of pages and my computer is slow as fuck. Anyway, I'm looking for thrash bands that sound quite a lot like Municipal Waste, Gama Bomb, Cross Examination, etc. Any help would be nice.

They might not be what you're looking for exactly, but Razor have been kicking my ass recently. Great great stuff. They have a punk edge, I'd reckon. Check out Violent Restitution. Awesome stuff. Check out "Edge of the Razor" on their Myspace.

OP: You actually mean crossover then..

Here ya go:
S.O.D. - Speak English Or Die
Suicidal Tendencies: How Will I Laugh Tomorrow
D.R.I. - Crossover
Carnivore - Retaliation
The Accüsed - Martha Splatterhead's Maddest Stories Ever Told
M.O.D. - U.S.A. For M.O.D.
Excel - Split Image
Cryptic Slaughter - Money Talks

..and plenty more...

I'd like to throw a personal recommendation for Voivod's War And Pain album. Considering it was 1984 when they released it, it's probably safe to say they were among the first to play that style. You still have some classic Voivod-isms in the dissonant minor 7th chords, but if you take those and add them to an EVEN MORE DRUNK Kill 'Em All Metallica and speed it up, you've basically got War And Pain. It's certainly a far cry from their more polished and progressive sound on later albums like Nothingface.

RRROOOAAARRR carries on in much the same vein, but it's just not quite as great as War And Pain is.

Otherwise, I'm seconding the S.O.D., M.O.D., D.R.I. and Suicidal Tendencies. Those are definitely the classics.

This. About as "fun" as thrash can get.

Maybe too hardcore, but Crucial Unit sounds a bit like what MW did on Waste 'Em All.

Cryptic Slaughter is excellent; just heard their Money Talks album a little while ago. Also try Hirax, Nuclear Assault, even earlier Anthrax - all those eighties crossover bands.

Sweet, thanks dudes ^^ I enjoyed Crucial Unit and Hirax quite a lot. But still, my hunger for more crossover thrash is quite unsatisfied. >.>

Dave from Neurosis has a new band Jesus Fucking Christ, which is him basically reliving Neurosis' crusty crossover origins; "Life's Hateful Seed" is a rager.

Some people have already said it but Speak English or Die is in my opinion the best Crossover thrash album and I think that you would like it. Other Thrash bands I think you would like are basically any of the New York area Thrash bands (Nuclear Assault, Anthrax, Overkill) which sound very similar to bands like Gama Bomb.

Wehrmacht and the incredibly goofy Spazztic Blurr (with Wehrmacht and Cryptic Slaughter members) are essential. Unseen Terror's "Human Error" album is also cool. Although they aren't on Metal Archives, I'd also strongly recommend Heresy. They were some of the fastest thrashy hardcore punk around 84-86 and very similar to thrash metal/crossover in a lot of respects.

No mention of the two godly Cro-Mags records - "Age Of Quarrel" and "Best Wishes"? For shame. One of the best bands in the crossover scene - totally pissed off but also with metallic riffage up the ass.

And as a bonus - check out Leeway "Born To Expire" - that one will suprise you if don't know it already.

This band is pretty good, but they have no full-lengths yet:
