By primitive I mean very low quality production, comparible to that of Morbus Mundi. Bands that produce their music so there's a constant fuzzing over the actualy playing, the drums are echoey and the music is very claustrophobic.

However, I'm not fussed whether the production is slightly better than primitive, but essentially I'm looking for bands that sound like they're caught up in the Stone Age.

Listen to Dead Raven Choir's 'Grand Ravishing Extravagansa', should suit your needs perfectly.

Also check out Ildjarn's non-ambient work and Havohej's 'Black Perversion' EP.

Maybe, early Darkthrone ?

I've got Darkthrone's early stuff. It's along those lines what I'm looking for, but even more primitive than that. I'm talking about intentionally extremeley primitive music, such as that of Morbus Mundi's.

Darkthrone is raw, but not really raw enough. But thanks, nonestheless.
