When it comes to melodeath, most bands tend to use either early In Flames or the Carcass/Arch Enemy sound as their main influence. Not that this is a bad thing, but North From Here and Amok by Sentenced were great albums and it's a shame that I don't really hear that type of melodeath anymore. Can I get some recommendations?

Amok-era Sentenced isn't melodeath. For the record, there is no other album in that style that even comes close to the caliber of Amok.
