Well, COF, but nobody here really likes them.
But as for death metal bands.... I'm not really sure.

Try Kristallnacht, I heard one version of "A Strife, A Victory" (not sure which release it's on, 'twas on a compilation CD) that had very, very high pitched screams. Oh, you may want to watch out for the whole NS thing, but other than that it's pretty solid melodic BM with high vocals.

Anaal Nathrakh's crazy shrieks come to mind. Check out their debut album. Most people would call them black metal, but they have that certain aggressive nature that is found usually in death metal.

Helheim had some very high pitched vox on their first full length. A great band, it's a shame they decided they wanted their future releases to blow more.

I thought I was the only guy that listened to that album. The vocals weren't honestly that high pitched, but they are certainly the highest pitched shrieks I've ever heard. And there's certainly some badass songs on there.

I second this. Chuck's vocals on here are the equivalent of acupuncture.

That's a good thing, in case you were wondering.

OP: You might want to change the topic title to "DM Bands with extremely high pitch vocals" instead of just 'bands', seeing you're asking for DM specifically

else you'll be getting a lot of thrash and power names here....

Rogue's vocals on the first Shadowkeep album are incredibly high pitched, like a mixture between John Arch, Midnight and even a bit of Scott Jeffrey.

Try Filii Nigrantium Infernalium. They're not death metal but they're some of the best high pitch vocals I've ever heard.

i don't know any black metal bands cuz i don't even listen to black metal but a few bands like:in flames dark tranquility at the gates arch enemy the melodic ones are pretty high pitched. also the first killswitch engage vocalist (jesse leach) fhigh pitched is the only vocals he does besides cleans. he's probably the best high pitched i've seen.

Not entirely sure when Queensryche became Death Metal....

Thurisaz has some nice Black/Death vox.

You could try Hatebeak. It has a parrot on vocals.
