BIAS FX's acoustic like preset is also quite nice.

You can also utilize the hush effect where you have to only record one acoustic guitar in mono, pan it hard left and then you have to duplicate that signal, pan it hard right and add 30 ms Delay. Also add some reverb on both tracks. Another trick you can do is utilize the M-S stereo recording technique if you have 2 condenser microphones ( one cardioid polarity and one figure of 8 polarity). What you want to do there is leave the cardioid in the center and hard pan the figure of 8 mic left or right. After that you have to duplicate the hard panned track, pan it in the opposite side of the other hard panned track and use phase invert. It makes for a much wider sound which might help although I don't know if you can do a simulation of that technique on your DAW in case you don't own two condenser mics.
