I am trying to play the Isengard song Gjennom Skogen. It's an instrumental. If someone could please map out the tabs for this song. Can you describe how Fenriz accomplishes the distortion on it too? I love the slow doomy sound and I want to know how to reproduce it.

Set your metronome to 120 bpm and then play this in quarter notes.
