A little project of mine, haven't come so far yet and the songs on Myspace are unfinished but i would like to have some opinions anyway...

Hmm, well, there's a lot of work that needs to be done.

Guitar wise...too much distortion. The riffs are almost inaudible. It might help if you sat down and jammed for a long time before recording. Vocally, you need to put some more effort into the vocals. Maybe try doing vocals when you're pissed off or something, you need more power and volume in them.

Might help to get less treble, and some more bass. Drums would help too.

I agree. That second song with the clean intro actually sounded pretty good, you might want to consider not having so much distortion.

The vocals had no power or energy to them, they just sounded like some guy mumbling things into a computer microphone.

The vocals are a little weak but I've heard much worse. The main issue with them is they're too high in the mix. A drum machine and some bass with quieter vocals would probably sound much better. And tone down the distortion a little. Are you recording direct or micing your amp?

I'm recording kind of primitive using a mic of that kind which is often included when you buy a computer headset and then placing it near the amp.

I have nothing on youtube for this project, and i can't even in my sweetest dreams imagine that someone would put my songs out there xP
