Gibson(or Epi SG) with some good quality Humbuckers(Duncan 80s stamped hand wound are optimal IMO)
Boss FZ-2, mode 2. hyperfuzz pedal(super expensive anymore on ebay)
quality vintage Tube Head/4x12...
(Orange... laney GH100... laney pro tube... sound city 120 head... yet you can get there with most good loudvintage no frills tube head)
you can maybe try marshall JMP1 pre for studio use or marshall 9001 pre
Iommi actual used Dallas Rangefinder trem boost pedal(60s classic)
there are bunch of classic fuzz pedals that will get you there with right guitar/pickups/amp
oh yea don't forget your wah pedal for solos
plus some analog delay and/or tape delay
