So I got a newcoming debut EP for a project Im working on by the ends on June probably. I got the raw mix of the acoustic song called Lair of Thoughts. I would appreciate a lot the feed back, specially in the editing.

The main purpose of an intro should be to INTROduce/give an INTROduction to the music that comes afterwards. That's why it's called an Intro.
However, I barely ever encountered one that actually did that instead of humming around while accomplishing nothing.
Most of these albums would've been better off without it.

Yours sounds pretty solid, nothing special, but good performed and the sound of it is pretty clear, too. Reminds me alot of a generic Post-Black/Shoegaze intro even though I really dig the multi-layerd...ness of the song.

I just hope it works as a proper intro instead of "that intro everyone skips anyway"

You're right man, I should label it as an instrumental acoustic song since it doesn't work as introduction for the rest of the tracks.
