EQ out the high end, put some reverb/delay on it, and you'll be close.

I was thinking to scoop the mids and use a reverb with a high cut-off and 10-second decay. it sounds like there's some kind of modulation, too. that's probably where the delay comes into play, but there's no attack on the delay. perhaps it's a ping pong?
