so I have all my instruments recorded for a solo black metal album, but I'm at a sort of fork in the road with my vocals. I think they sound better when I go super loud, but it's very difficult to tell what the hell I'm saying. do you all have any tips or preferences? maybe I could do something with my mix?

Do you have any samples? Otherwise, it isn't that important to understand the vocals in black metal so going loud might be the best option.

that's the slowest (and oldest) song on the release. I might just redo a couple of the lines that I do want to be understood.
