Basically, reviews done by non members, I wish to post these up, citing the author and their respective website, of course. Is it possible?

Better not. Think about it from our perspective: we have no absolutely reliable way of verifying you have a permission, and even if we did, the hassle would be immense compared to the said people making their own profiles and submitting them themselves.
