I don't think I'll write any more for this challenge. I managed to write eight of them on Thursday, because I had a day off (big state funeral, the Patriarch died, and I had no classes), but now it's study time. But hey, it was fun. I don't think I'd ever have got around to listening to that Pentagram album if it hadn't been for this challenge.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I'll be writing any more. I'm going to Ensiferum in Vancouver on Sunday and my friends and I are basically turning it into a full weekend event. Good luck, everyone!

I'll probably crank out a few more tonight but I'll be out of town tomorrow evening into Sunday morning so I won't be writing then. I've only got seven more virgins left, as it is.

Hopefully people that were busy during the week will start cranking some out this weekend to make up for the slacking that a few of us will apparently be doing!

Just submitted one after two days of not reviewing at all. Hopefully I'll have at least 3 other reviews this weekend.

I've got two left but I'll probably only be able to finish one by the time the challenge is over. I write way too slowly.

November the 20th is now cleared completely.

I will be among the slackers I fear. Besides, the remaining virgins I have are mostly an uninspiring bunch (apart from the one I'm writing now).

I understand now. It's simply when different reviewers review the same virgin they're all listed at the same place (i.e. after the first review) regardless of the moment they wrote their review. That's what happened with your Immortalis review, even if you wrote it on Thursday it's listed on Wednesday because the other review had been written on Wednesday.

I hope everything is clear now. Sorry for those little time inaccuracies, but if I listed the same virgin several times I'd most surely fuck up the final counting (remember albums count once regardless of how many reviews they get)

Well I only have about 6 virgins left off the top of my head in my collection and I certainly have no motivation to do any writing this weekend as a good friend of mine is back and visiting. We'll see though, maybe I'll pop one more out..

I just noticed that the four-way split I reviewed and submitted under Bone Awl wasn't cross-listed for the other bands on the split, so I went ahead and submitted the review for the other three bands on their individual pages. I'm not sure if this was the right way to do it as the site rules didn't specify.

Just a heads up so the release doesn't get counted four times, and so I don't get way more points than I deserve for it.

You are supposed to submit it for each band. I did so with my split and they were counted only as one.

Came in today with two - well three, but I didn't realize 'till I went to submit it that my Amederia album wasn't a virgin as of the day before. Ah well, it happens.

Provided I have enough time left tonight and tomorrow, I'm gonna see if I can't get Dark Sanctuary's discography down and out of the way. Its kinda neat seeing a totally un-reviewed band; almost akin to finding a hidden treasure chest or... something... maybe I'm overthinking it. Oh well.

Woops, sorry about that! We seem to have a fairly similar opinion on Amederia, though I'm probably far less eloquent at expressing my thoughts.

I'm not sure whether to write anymore today. I have one or two in mind for now, but tomorrow's going to be my "big" day. Hoping to break the 93 record tomorrow. I'll see how I feel a bit later.

Haha don't sweat it. See, there's no way I could bring myself to be as productive as you, for example, as 93 reviews is nothing short of mindblowing to do in a week. I wish you luck though!

I promised myself after last year's disappointment at coming 4th and the depression that came with that (I'm very competitive), that I would win this months edition and since it was going so well for the first few days, I decided to push on for the record. I'm almost certain it will be broken again next year but, for at least a few months, I can hold that title with pride.

I've counted and I've just submitted my 84th review this week. I'll aim to do one more before I go to bed for the night and then all I have to do tomorrow, with which I have almost the entire day free (apart from the morning til around midday), is write 9 reviews to obtain the crown.

I've submitted three reviews tonight, and if even one of them gets accepted I'll have broken my old record. Not sure why I was so productive tonight, but I'll accept it. Hell I might even do a couple more before I go to sleep.

We're at 416 right now. I'll post the list for Saturday only when it's finished, and I'm pretty sure it's far from being finished (only 39 virgins? c'mon!)

Unfortunately, like yesterday I'll be away most of the day but I swear to come back tonight to update the counting and write between one and three more reviews.

ok its 10:20 sunday evening here in NZ. i just submitted a handful more shitty reviews (i had to move house today for the 7th time in just over a year and it fried my brains). how many hours do i have left? what time zone are we going off? i might do an all-out last ditch effort to get 30 or 35 just to contribute to the total number? if theres any time left.

There's still plenty of unprocessed stuff in the queue from the 21st. Patience, I'll handle them as soon as I can, but I promised the kids we'd make characters for a role-playing game and watch Wall-E again. So it might take a short while.

sweet cheers. i remember asking this exact question last reviews challenge. well in 18 hours i should be able to get my contibution to 40. i've been kinda off and on this challenge so not too many in but whatever.

21st is now clean, thanks to a program on dinosaurs on the telly. Moving on to 22nd in a short while.

51 is a pretty weak total for a Saturday, but I can't blame you guys who've done a great work (much greater than mine) since the beginning of the week. The fact is, to beat the old record we'd simply need more REVIEWERS. I'm curious to see the total number of reviewers on Monday, I have a feeling it may be even lower than last time. While there might not have been so many MA members.
