Damn, you kids are really trying to take me out of my comfort zone aren't you? I've had that Khanate album for a while and tried listening to it as background music when I went to sleep once but it was so abrasive I had to turn it off, I never listened to it after then. Lord Blasphemer at least seams a bit more up my alley typically. Either way, I'll get to work on them, I'm just tired of my ungodly sporadic and sluggish pace.

Wasn't quite sure where that information was, that's why I apologized. Thanks.

Alright, with Naam, that's five because I got one PMed. Now I've got a couple weeks to get 'em all. Thanks for the motivation folks.

My band is preparing to go back into the studio in the next few months but our demo still hasn't gotten any reviews on this site. Since I'd be interested to get any feedback that you guys could throw our way, I thought now would be a good time to request a review for it. You should be able to stream the tracks on our facebook page, linked in my signature. Other links you should probably have:

ReverbNation
Mortal Mess on the MA

Granted, the sound quality isn't the best when you're streaming online so, if you want higher quality mp3's I've linked the tracks in order below. If you want a hard copy of the demo send me a pm. (Even at its best, I concede the mix/master leaves something to be desired but it's just a demo so we did the best we could with limited resources.) Thanks!

Live and Let Live
Divide and Conquer
Spasms of Revolution
Danse Macabre

 I do have winrar but recently I've fallen into the habit of keeping things pretty low-tech. Many of my friends aren't very technologically advanced but, obviously, that is not the case here. Apologies...

Requesting Noktorn write a review for Gorepoflesh's Gore Fucking Corpses. It seems like something he'd love, and I love reading Noktorn reviews for raw BDM, so I guess it all works out.

Download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?kbwbhd62af9wx42

Somebody should review Lemmy - The Movie and God Bless Ozzy Osbourne. I liked both of them as I'm a sucker for documentaries about anything. It would also be nice to see some comparisons between God Bless Ozzy and Don't Blame Me: The Tales of Ozzy Osbourne on which one are best documentary on Ozzy.

If anyone could get a hold of Lord's (Aus) Set In Stone and review it, that would be an awesome Christmas present. Preferably someone like Autothrall, hells_unicorn, or Empyreal. Thank you!

@longdistancerunner, sure I can probably do that this week.

I would think it would be cool if Noktorn did a follow up on Ecocide's demo and review the full length. I'd also like to see Caspian's perspective on Naam's self titled album.

we have just completed demos for these 2 black metal bands from Amarillo Tx. This is thought provoking music, with some fucking sickening vocals and complex guitar work. We were hoping to get these demos reviewed, to see what those educated in metal have to say about them.

It would be really cool is someone could Review Infirmity's "Unfit For Heaven" E.P.
If you review it, you MUST be someone who is into Death/Black/Grind Metal.
And keep in mind that this is their first E.P. & is self released.
And listen to the E.P at least two times before fully reviewing it.

You can download the entire E.P. for free at the link below.

And here is the link to their Metal-Archives page.

We would love for you guys to do some reviews of our just released, self-titled album. The full release is available for free (although donations are welcome) at dissona.bandcamp.com. Thanks for your time!

edit: I figure I should be a little more detailed. The music is progressive metal but infused with flavors of different genres and styles as well. It's very hard for me to categorize (I know everyone says that) but you should definitely take a listen (even a quick one for each track) and develop your own opinion. We have gotten a massive amount of feedback but no one has posted a full review yet. M-A has been a staple in our continued music listening experience so we would love to hear what you guys have to say!

Empyreal, thank you for reviewing both the Crimson Glory s/t and Powerwolf's Blood of the Saints.

And now for my next request. Can one of the heavy hitters take a look at Ixion's To the Void? It's a great album and there is only one iffy review posted on it.

If I wasn't so god damn lazy, I would. I love the album, then forget what it sounds like, and then listen again and love it again. Great french doom.

You own a copy, right? What do the liner notes look like? Anymore cool art?

I love the album as well. Ironic that you should ask considering that I finally happened to order that album and their demo two days ago. Great work.

That isn't irony. It's a coincidence.

Fair enough! Though that's a quite coincidence considering that I was just pontificating the separation of coincidence and irony.

Yeah I own a copy. Artwork is cool and everything - shiny digipack. The liner notes are basically a one-sheet foldout with the lyrics printed over a large version of the album cover on one side, and their logo on the opposite printed over the same starscape, like a mini-poster. Uneventful, but nice to look at. I hung the poster side up in my recording room.

Any doomsters who'd be willing to review Rose Kemp's Unholy Majesty? I'm talking about this sort of stuff. Not conventional doom by any means, but that's part of it's charm.

Cool  Kemp needs to be more known around these parts. She's bloody great.
