I will give the example of an already existing band here on MA. The band is called Mortuus Sum (http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Mor ... 3540360637). The band was originaly formed in 2002 by Yngve and Auren as Panzerfaust and split up in 2003. In 2007, Yngve reformed Panzerfaust under the name Mortuus Sum and they are still active. Can I submit the band Panzerfaust so the history of the band is more complete? The thing is, that the band never released anything back in 2002. Is that a problem?

As with any band, a valid release is required for a band to be allowed on here. As you said, they never released anything, so making a submission would be a waste of yours and a mod's time.
