Ok, I have a question about the band Act of War (http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=3540260956)

They're release is listed as a note, and I have a physical copy of the demo. If I scan the release onto my computer, would it be acceptable to add it as a release in the right area?

I have a review for the album, but I cant submit it for that reason.

I added the CD, but it was deleted a couple days ago..I was trying to find out why.
