I'm just courious. I was looking at the infamous photos of the band Enochian on their page here and it struck me.... as novel as the pictures are in their epic failure, Is not the Metal Archives suppoed to have up-to-date photos of the band? Considerign the fact that they have had a massive member overhaul since the date of those old pictures. Shouldn't we updtae it? Just wondering...

Band photos are not always their most up to date for a purpose. Often a photo is chosen that best represents the band no matter if its the current line up.

Well you could argue then that the photo for Mayhem is not fitting right now for it does not have Varg, Euronymous, or Dead featured in it.

It would be a shame to get rid of the current photo because of the fact that Mayhem have tried so hard to reinvent themselves and their image. To revert back to a photo of one of the "classic" lineups would do a crime to this new image.

This is one of the wanted features of V2. With the current set-up, I don't think it would be good-looking. There's only one file for band picture and I can't imagine having two pics merged in one file (it can be all right for logos though) and the 100kb limit doesn't help.
