Interesting.. when I hear this name I rather think on this guy:

A Chinese guy and when you look at the band's homepage you will find this reference: The Art Of War
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_of_War

Or am I wrong on this issue?

A bit strange name choice, but there were mutual influences in other fields too:

Perhaps in the additional notes should the reference to Sun Tzu be pointed out.

Yes, Chinese and Japanese have some resemblance of 'characters'.
