I searched Lacrimosa a few days ago and I found a forum topic instead in which someone explained that they are 'not metal'. Although this is just an opinion (mine is that the first Lacrimosa albums are not metal but the last ones actually ARE), I just passed on. Then I noticed that there are some other bands that are NOT metal, say Atomtrakt, Empyrium and Nebelkorona just to mention a few. Why Nebelkorona are accepted and Lacrimosa are not? I am not claiming that I WANT anyhow and anyway Lacrimosa here, I am just trying to understand....

While I agree that Lacrimosa arguably could be put here, Nebelkorona (and I assume the others) were likely accepted as side projects of metal artists (at the discretion of those in charge).

http://www.metal-archives.com/guidelines.php

Reading the rules usually helps, if more people would do it before actually asking here, the world would be a better place to live.

Lock, please.
