Since June 16th I am not receiving emails when one of the bands I put in the band queue is accepted or rejected.


Please, check my complaint.

Just to be sure it isn't the settings you've selected or the mail getting filtered as spam, when signed in go to 'my profile' in the upper left, 'settings' tab, put a check mark on the second option in main settings: 'receive email notifications for submission approvals/rejections?', press save after it is checked, and check the spam folder of the email that you registered to the site with.

Your msg from here I received in my email but I am not receiving them since the las Friday the bands accepted or rejected T_T

The notification in my metal archives profile is actived to receive notifications and the spam folder is empty.
