Let's settle this once and for all.

This:
https://www.metal-archives.com/report/view/id/623003
Is a demo.

"Then, this is a clearly professional and commercial release, released by the label as a collector's item. If it'd be the full Imaginaerum demo, the situation might be different even if it was released by the label, but this is just an excerpt of the demo material of the album."

And yet these:
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/B ... nds/484058
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/B ... mos/738392
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/G ... rds/454206
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/G ... 993/566290

Are exactly the same types, all of them are released commercialy by labels as collectors items. Especially the Behemoth's recent cassette being not full demo of all songs from the ILYAYD, but "excerpt of the demo material of the album".

All of the above are released by lebalels. In limited amount. As collectors' editions. On CDs, tapes and Nightwish one on vinyl. Why is the "Trials" being treated any different? There is a multitude of relerased released by labels on variety of formats listed as demos being demos or containing exclusive demo material from one single session either standalone, or related the the album released prior or after the release of the demo and it is "a demo from the album". So what is the one characteristic of "Trials" that it is above being a demo and being assigned the ambiguous and undeffined term "EP", on which I could start another discussion and I certainly should, but not this time.

You've been told multiple, multiple times that we don't consider it a demo. Accept that and move on already.
