I was curious if there is anyway I can have more editing privileges here? As I have a lot of projects, I release a lot of things through my label, and I am constantly being told about people putting the wrong info on here, or seeing the wrong info, and it can be tedious (Sometimes fans can be more irate about the misinformation than myself, but still).
This site should rely solely on facts which are publicly available or on the physical releases, no rumors or gossip, and for the most part does, yet I still see a lot of hear-say on here being put up as "truths".
It is just frustrating at times, and it would make my life easier (and yours) if I was able to simply fix the issues with my own bands and label related bands myself - I would not extend past my own bands or label related bands, or edit anything else.
Or if not is there an admin who I can have direct contact with to fix these issues (which still seems like more of a pain than me just doing it myself).

Flag a report then?

It happens often, it would just be easier to edit those things myself. Especially when some reports get ignored, or some info is wrong currently but because of an old source or old link people still think it's relevant or current so they don't change or fix it, etc. etc.
I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

We don't give out editing powers, you have to earn them by earning 1000 points.

Feel free to contact me for edits. The best way to contact me for stuff on the site is via PM on the forums (or Discord.) I'm familiar with most of these bands.

The reason we don't simply grant editing permissions is that we want to make sure anyone with the privilege of editing existing information has experience with the rules and standards of the site. The point system is a proxy for that.
