I wanted to submit Rusted from Malaysia but found them blacklisted. To me they have enough Thrash Metal in the Crossover and Hardcore to warrant an entry. Let me know your thoughts

Nah - not yet. It was blacklisted from the last record as too hardcore - and this release is one full song and an instrumental intro - not enough to really warrant a second look at this point. Maybe if they release another full album it can be revisited but not off essentially one new song.
