Excellent in every possible way. Just before Christmas I ordered a fuckton of stuff from there, which included several rare and sold out items for insanely low prices; in addition to that, just after I placed my order my pc died and I had to rely on a crappy internet point to complete the order, and the guy was extremely helpful and patient all the way through.



Northern Heritage rules; I must have placed some 20+ orders there in the past 3-4 years and everything has always been great. Incredibly fast shipping too - I live on the other side of Europe, yet NH packages always reach me one week after the transaction, while parcels from France and Germany usually take longer!



I have another pack on the way here from Primitive Reaction and I can confirm that they fast and reliable with international orders as well.
Only dealed with Temple of Darkness once so far, but it's been very positive. The Vinterland cd and the Summoning boxed set they released are seriously awesome, I might add - so yes, this label deserves support for many reasons.

Yes, very recommended. I got most of my vinyls from there.
I'm not sure where you are located, but they ship to Canada pretty fast.

Hm, strange, I made an order from him in december for 16 CD's and everything went perfect - really fast shipping... even faster, than expected!!! And my order was very risky, because I sent the money hidden in registered pack!!! How authentic are CDs selled there?

I am just about writing this guy as a complete, fraudulent rip-off!! I sent payment before Xmas and the guy has not responded to my last several emails.
If by some one in a millions chance he’s had some personal problems or something going on and sends my stuff I will mention it but at this point I believe this is HIGHLY unlikely.

Yes, I have used them many times, just never pre-ordered anything from them before. Just want to know if they charge my card when I place the order or when the item are in stock.

In pre-order situation you are usually charged when you place the order, and the goods are then sent when they arrive in stock. I have never pre-ordered anything from HH before, but from other labels/distros this is normally what happens.
