Another new Rotting Christ track up.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PToCbU-3_y4
It's pretty great, but I'm a little disappointed by the fact that it looks like the new album won't be introducing anything new at all to the music. Just a merging of their past 3 albums (which honestly is fine by me).

Ireland had Primordial and Dylan Moran. Therefore, the country beats Albania and Belgium, at least.

It'd be a mistake to miss them. I've already missed them once, at some festival where the tickets were too expensive to me at the time, and the other bands not so interesting.

Behexen will be there too, although they're not half the band they used to be.

Just done ripping the new Phlegein album. :metal:

And Absu.

I got my ticket for the show two hours ago. As well as for Overkill, Agalloch and Cult of Luna/Hanging Garden. I'll still leave the March Stone gig and Before the Dawn/Black Sun Aeon/Dawn of Solace acoustic farewell gig for later consideration, and since I've already gotten tickets for Iron Maiden/Sabaton/Ghost in July, Rush, Manowar, and three days of Tuska, I'd say I'm doing pretty well now.

Definitely, Primordial was one of the best bands I saw last year. Absolutely phenomenal, I was expecting them to be good but they were just so epic live.
And yeah, beer is definitely an acquired taste. People definitely prefer the sweeter stuff when they first try drinking. I was at a super bowl party last sunday at a friend's house. She had just turned 21 and bought all the booze for the night. First time I've gotten drunk from UV Blue in a long time and uh... :puke:

I stay away from chips in general, but the ones with vinegar are too delicious. Then again, vinegar in general is.

Crap food is good specifically because its crap food. I eat fairly healthy most of the time, but sometimes I get pissed at my salads with no dressing and say "I WANT A BIG GREASY BURGER LOADED WITH CONDIMENTS AND SOME SALTY FRIES".

I like salads without dressing. I like "healthy" food more than a lot of people eating it for dietary reasons probably do. But I want to eat bad food specifically because it tastes like bad food, because I cant eat healthy food that tastes like processed garbage.

The way you said it made it seem like you were just eating a plate of crappy lettuce trimmings and shit. If I do a salad it's a shit-ton of baby spinach, steamed mushrooms, provolone cheese, sometimes chicken tenders and cucumbers. Load a salad, son! With healthy shit!

See, I just crave salad because I like the taste and texture of plain lettuce. It irritates me when there are other things in there.

Sometimes I'll just snack on some baby spinach if I'm waiting for something else, or something. I mean, I could see eating just plain lettuce if it was accompanied by another meal or other things not necessarily integral to a salad, per se. I actually hate regular-ass lettuce. Baby spinach all the way.

Raw carrots are the bomb. I like to slowly dismantle them untill I'm left with the slighty sweeter inner core. I hate cooked carrots, which is a shame because cooking them makes them even healthier. Thumbs up for healthy snacks!

My favorite Open Air Festival added Korpiklaani to their lineup :annoyed:

I too think healthy food can be amazing. I'm just too lazy to keep my kitchen tidy so I can make it. I mostly live on microwaved tortellini.

Has anyone actually listened to this band recently? I agree that their middle albums (right around when they got popular and everyone heard them for the first time) sucked but the last two have been back to the delicious thrashiness they played on Tales Along This Road.

Chop raw carrots up, fry them in oil until they shrink to half their size, add honey, black pepper and sea salt, and finish off with a bit of chopped parsley, and you'll swallow you tongue and most of your gums along with them. The side dish of the gods right there, very nice with the chop-off-the-horns-and-wipe-the-butt barely fried pepper steak and flambeed cognac 'n cream sauce.

I need to hear that! I removed the album though since there's no release date yet. I'll check their other stuff tonight though, is it drone/doom or only doom?

a short review
https://www.facebook.com/Sabazius/posts ... 8392241464

Well ... the music is doom, but with a lot of repetition. It is not like Sunn O))) or Earth. Sabazius have a distinct style of playing their stuff, which is minimal in character, but has a certain fascination. I prefer their debut album. One of their problems is the predictability in the concept, especially when you are familiar with their music; see my latest review on their split with Hesper Payne.

Spinach Salad is the best. Throw on some cheese and a vinaigrette and you're good to go.

I worked out yesterday, had an awesome, healthy meal and ate good the rest of the day. I had an awesome day at work, I was perked up, aware, in-tune, getting tons of work done and was in good spirits.

I did not work out this morning and started my day with McDonald's breakfast, and I didn't eat well the rest of the day. My mood was dour, I was feeling tired and worn out, and I wasn't anywhere near as focused, and my mood was poor. I also felt like shit.

You're most likely right but in this case I'm choosing to turn a blind eye so to speak. The chiro doesn't cost much since I pay them outside of insurance only about ($800 a year) and to me it is just worth the money to not be in pain all the time. I really should look into other methods for a more long term solution than seeing him every two weeks but like I said, blind eye for now.

Edit. This is probably a dumb question but how did you make the line go through the text?

So Im currently living in Barcelona and I have a lot of free time while I´m getting all my papers. I don't have that much money to spend right now so I just walk around town, but don´t actually pay to enter anywhere (Museums, Sagrada Familia, etc.). Just sightseeing around this great city. I spend a lot of time listening to music in my little apartment, drinking beer and enjoint life.

If anyone lives around this area and wants to hang out for a beer or a gig (Tomorrow I will be attending Avenger/Tysondog, Fuck yeah!) it would be great, just PM me.

By the way, Extremoduro are a fucking great band.

I woke up early yesterday and didnt eat till 10PM. I was in super high spirits and had fun in class, and was actually pretty satisfied with my work. I exercised before bed.
