Apparently Exhumed and Goatwhore have been added to Summer Slaughter. I'd go for Cannibal Corpse alone but with those two added it's actually legitimately worth going to this year, which is a huge surprise.

While I'm not entirely concerned it would be neet to see some of those new school Death Metal bands on the bill instead of Deathcore as that seems to be loosing popularity.

Exhumed and Goatwhore would be pretty cool. The past year or two haven't been worth it for me, but then I only went back in 2009, and that hardly boasted their best line-up. It was a mixed bag too; Ensiferum, really? They played a good show though and it made me come back for their "From Afar" tour. Still pissed Hypocrisy couldn't make it.

The only band on Summer Slaughter that's still deathcore is Veil Of Maya, and they're among the best deathcore bands out there. A massive improvement from last years awful lineup. Wish that Autopsy was on there though, that would make it the tour of the year.

I remember meeting the vocalist from Psycroptic a while back at Summer Slaughter. He even helped pay for a third of a shirt since I spent all my cash on tickets.

Summer Slaughter is looking great this year. I went last year and it was fun, but some of the bands were a bore. I enjoy some deathcore though, so I could handle it. This year is looking so much better with every band being good-awesome, and I'm wondering who else they'll be adding on.

I don't see how the two situations you came up with are the only possibilities... surely it seems quite reasonable to think that 4chan, (perhaps /b or whatever in particular) and the behaviour it has spawned simply isn't very palatable to a lot of people?

The only thing I use 4chan for is to watch the two wallpaper boards and grab the ones that I like. Aside from that, the site is plagued by a lack of originality, and gets very boring very fast.

I went on to 4chan once. I saw something, but I'm not sure what is was, I think it was a vagina with some horrible std. Never went back there.

Every website has people of ill repute making everyone else look bad. Even here. I remember a while back there being a bunch of "if it's not black or sludge or drone or crust it's bad and you should feel bad" mouthbreathers roaming about, and that's what sites like Encyclopedia Dramatica remember this place for. If you don't like 4chan because of its rotten apples, then why do you tolerate them here?

Why would I do that? Well, as for pictures, I am guilty of that urge, but turning around and going "lol trolled" isn't good trolling at all. If I wanted to troll, I wouldn't use that faulty routine.
