I may be riding solo with this one, as Halestorm aren't typically liked in the metal community, but are there any other fans of them in the Archives?

I got the new album Vicious yesterday and it's a lot heavier than the previous release. Wouldn't qualify as a metal release, most likely, but the songs are definitely hard rock with a solid attitude. The writing itself is also a lot better and less hollow/generic. If anyone happens to hear this, I'd love to know your thoughts on it.
