I'd actually recommend that you buy some dark black suit trousers if you're just after black pants to go with boots. They're not the cheapest pants around, but they are very comfortable and go with just about any other clothing items.

Or if you feel like going even simpler and cheaper, there is always black jeans, you would want the 'boot cut' so that they have a wider hem that hangs over and just above the base of your boots heels. I typically think that this cut looks much better with heeled boots than straight or slim legs and hems when it comes to jeans.
