Babymetal are one of those things that had no right to be as good as they ended up being, and just got better and better over time, mostly through focusing more on the melodeath/j-power metal side of their sound and excising the j-pop stuff. This song was quite good, and the only thing about it that's even kinda like what they used to sound like is the electronic elements throughout. Sounds pretty damn metal to me, too. Helps that the singer's voice has really matured with age, and she was already a great singer to begin with. Quite looking forward to this album.

This is a quite compact, dynamic and heavy single. It's not their best song but I like it. I hope to see them in concert one day and hope they will release a new record soon.

I never thought I had to say this, but that song is actually quite good. Nothing I'd want to buy since I can't stand J-pop and J-power metal, but I love electronics in metal.

As garbage as the rest of their output. Of course per Facebook not liking it means you're close-minded.

Also hopefully they take it as a sign they're not meant to make more albums.

I don't want to be a grumpy old man because I'm still in my 20s, but I just don't get it. Is it just catchy to people or do you have goosebumps just listening to it like me listening to Suffocation - Human Waste?

They have some songs that are legit goosebumps-inducing, "this is fucking insane and awesome" type songs. I'd go for "Akatsuki", "Headbanger", "Ijime, Dame, Zettai", "Road of Resistance", and "Amore" as being songs of that nature by them. The chorus of "Megitsune" is on that level too.
