The band is Woods of Ypres and the album is Woods IV: The Green Album. This has become one of my favorite bands over the past few months and I've always wondered what this album cover means. I assume some of the symbols are Korean (as the vocalist of this band moved to South Korea for a period of time).

Yeah a pretty weird but interesting cover. A lot of hidden little details. Definitely gives off a Japanese/Korean vibe.

It is Korean. It says "참이슬" which is a famous brand of soju. Here's a photo of the original for comparison:
