I haven't read through much, but I'm assuming any genre is allowed, so I will just say Simon and Garfunkel's "So long, Frank Lloyd Wright" is absolute garbage.

Yeah, "So long, Frank Lloyd Wright" isn't anything special but it's too short and innocuous to deserve any hate. As far as that Bridge Over Troubled Water album is concerned, "Baby Driver" is the real dud...what an awful song.

Just noticed that one of the very worst albums by a major band on M-A, Witchfinder General's Resurrected, has a 75% average, with one already inexplicable lukewarm review and a completely dumbfoundingly bizarre positive review. Like... how? Isn't it a universally known fact that that's pretty much one of the bottom five shittiest albums ever released by a classic metal band?

Early in their teens, before fully mastering their instruments, INXS were getting a start into the music business as a Black Sabbath cover band...

I like them, just not that song.

It bores me to tears. Probably why I don't remember what "Baby Driver" sounds like, I can't get that far into the album, I only listen to the first few songs.

Came across this band because my friend's band is opening for them on Saturday. In this case, doing your homework before taking a show offer would be the best option.

This band calls themselves "America's most patriotic rock band", which is code for "Awful garbage not worth your time at all because it will actively make you stupider". It's garbage butt rock by dipshit Infowars/Breitbart readers who probably think the solution to school shootings is to arm teachers, for dipshit Infowars/Breitbart readers who probably think the solution to school shootings is to arm teachers.

In other words, Phil Labonte's favorite band.

They also did this...thing:

OH, and I just read in a New York Post article after Googling them more after watching that awful national anthem performance that they're not even a real fucking band. They were assembled by a dude who isn't even a musician specifically to make conservative patriotic dumpster music.

So I found this guy while I was looking into local artists, and it's so...simultaneously kinda cool and completely terrible that it's mesmerizing. Like, it's pretty clearly Pornography-era The Cure worship, with some metal added in, but the godawful Robert Smith impression, in concert with the awful lyrics on the screen on his apparently homemade "video," which also just has a lot of random pictures of himself and of women, ordered in a way that has no context or coherence whatsoever. The guitar work is actually pretty good, and I enjoyed the solo at the end, but the combination of the terrible homemade slideshow, lyrics, and vocals is pretty bad. Maybe calling it one of the worst songs you've ever heard is a bit of an exaggeration, but when the vocals came in I immediately thought of this thread. Behold, Brad Kole:

Every bad gothic metal trope is at play in this. Wimpy music? Check. Shitty production? Bingo. Two singers that can't actually sing? You betcha. No budget music video consisting entirely of mugging for the camera and uninspired miming? Most definitely.

This sucked, plain and simple. And while we're at it there's this gem too:

It's like a band decided to be Carach Angren but only the bad parts about Carach Angren, and with awful vocals too. The "female" vocals in particular legit just sound like the main dude doing really bad falsetto.

I think this is why I stopped watching anime until 2010, when the Fullmetal Alchemist remake finally got dubbed. God, it's worse than I remember.

VS Webzine between 2010 and 2015 made a lot of news about him, and in a part of it some elements go along with this rumour. Their admin could be Fadades. It's still unproven but believable.

In any case, they contributed a lot to promote him.

It's only a clip at this point, but I'm predicting this will be the biggest disappointment in death metal history, even more than Massacre's Promise and Illud Divinum Insanus.

NB makes regulary bad trailers. I also think it will not be good for Possessed, but maybe correct album anyway.

I know, cultural differences, etc... but still bad Pop,poser attitudes and creepy blue cosplayed man.

I feel like Possessed can't really be worth much outside of the time and place where they are notable. Unless they do something unexpected, there's really no reason to listen to a new Possessed album.

I actually like that Liturgy album. It's a little hard on the ears, but it's interesting at least.

Nitro's "It Won't Die" is an unspeakable atrocity of music. Just everything that could possibly be bad, they do on here - shitty groove/metalcore riffs and sneering, puerile vocals alternating between whisper-talking and aggro-croaking. The lyrics are fucking terrible too. Maybe in the top five worst songs I ever heard.

Their early stuff was poorly done but never offended me or anything - just ridiculous in a harmless way. But this is just astounding.

Here is also another highly questionable signing to Nuclear Blast. I had to double check to see what label I was listening too.
