I tried Google translate and like you would expect, it did a piss poor job at well, translating it. The song is Dreizehn by Eisregen. Thanks.

Kurz darauf zog man dich wieder raus

I can do that for you when I'm back from university this evening. They're easy to translate.

that looks like google translate would handle it easily, tbh.

but here's my own translation just in case:

on a cold november day
i bring flowers to your grave
i put them next to the marble slate
and think about you the entire time

the trees are losing their leaves
it decorates your plot with a colourful gloss
deep under there you're waiting for me
the maggots ate your face (!!!)

you're my 13, 13
you're my 13, sweet 13

a year ago i was here for the first time
at your coffin, just after half past three
they carefully laid the corpse to rest
and threw earth and flowers into your grave

just before then i'd met you
and drunk the blood from your heart (drank in a hefty fashion; saufen = to binge)
i threw you in the river next to my house
shortly thereafter someone pulled you out again

you're my 13, 13
you're my 13, sweet 13

you were my thirteen, a special number
i think happily about you, your agony
in the last year even more have arrived
that i visit, in (such) special hours (he means here he's killed more in the same fashion; i'm not very poetic)

i return happily to your grave
and enjoy the minutes, my spectacular luck
that i met you, it changed our lives (life here is in the singular, but this is a better translation)
mine it enriched, yours it ended

my time is over, i must go
a few rows over to stand before the next one (next person he's killed that he's visiting)
and tonight, when the full moon guides me
the contents of the next grave will be readied....

you're my 13, 13
you're my 13, sweet 13

geez, what a buzzkill of a song!!!

I thought it was kind of romantic!

if by romantic you mean "laughably bad", then sure. knew there was a reason why i've always avoided that band.

Quite frankly, I've read a lot worse.

There's honestly no reason why you needed to say that...

Spoiler: show

'anything too stupid to be spoken is sung'
...one of the reasons I love metal that doesn't have lyrics I can understand.

their songs "Das Allerschlimmste" and "Ernte den Untergang" have a great vibe. I don't think I'd enjoy them more if I understood German.

just looked up the lyrics to "das allerschlimmste" and hoooo boy, haha. it's like it was written by 15 year olds - the guy clearly has no lyric writing talent at all. i've always been skeptical of eisregen (and endstille) simply because at festivals like wacken there are always thousands of young, dumb dudes in eisregen t-shirts... the same dudes who spend the entire time screaming "WACKEN!!" and burn their tents to the ground on the last night. i've never actually heard them - i assumed it was black metal of some description, but having read these 3rd-rate rammstein lyrics, i dunno anymore. still don't want to hear them, in any case!

But I doubt that this stuff is far off what is common the depressive bm branch these days or in some parts of the Gothic scene... quite pathetic lyrics.

Yes, I second this. Seems like the band is unable to offer something meaningful ... also the lyrics of their banned releases are rather bland and tiring.

yea, I guess it's melodic black metal with a lot of prominent piano melody. I enjoy their vocal delivery, very German. guess it's a shame they have to be saying cringeworthy shit.

on topic: what d'you think of these lyrics?

Kerbenok - Heimstatt in Trümmern wrote:
Die Säulen meiner Hallen
mein Hort, mein Gut
entwurzelt - umgestoßen
entgliedert sind sie nun

Jene die noch übrig sind
mit neon Leichenschminke
des Henkers weiches Grinsen
um den Hals gepinselt

they're a pagan black metal band, so I interpret it as being a sort of pagan lament about the historical being destroyed by modernity, based on how google translates it, but still don't know what to make of the last line.

someone on MA provided the lyrics for me. google doesn't recognise 'entgliedert', but suggests a word meaning 'incorporated'?

"entgliedert sind sie nun" means something like "they are now in disarray". i can't think of an exact english translation with the adjective intact. i haven't actually seen the word "entgliedert" anywhere before, but ent- as a prefix usually means to remove, and gliedern to arrange/incorporate/order/etc.

can't really say too much on the lyrics from such a small excerpt, but it's at least a little more poetic than the eisregen song. fairly typically pagan, in any case.

I think it makes more sense to interpret "entgliedert" as "dismembered".
