It's a Silence of the Lambs reference, Tony. Your original post reads like something one of the movie's characters would say.

Yeah I got that it was something related to the movie but I guess I failed to find the humor in the joke! :) Also, Buffalo Bill?

I'm not THAT creepy!

Thanks! I like to go up to that area a lot. That is one of the rare spots with a view like though since most places are super dense forest with no clearings.

Nice photo. Though please remember that this thread is primarily for pictures of yourself and your pets. There's another thread for scenic photos.

Also, a photo of Erosion, Tony and I from the weekend:

I actually found that thread like literally after I posted this pic on here haha. Of course they are giving me shit on that thread for not using spoilers right or something like that.

Thanks for clearing that up. You are the first one to actually explain what I was doing wrong instead of just telling me I'm doing it wrong. This is only the second forum I have ever used apart from Grasscity so I'm still learning the whole forum etiquette thing.

I didn't really think you guys were haha. It was just on the other thread where it was clear I was using stuff wrong but I wasn't being told how. Anyways I went back and fixed it so no more issues.

He spends roughly 20 hours of any given day stalking our decade-old chihuahua/terrier mix. So if he's dreaming and wishing it's probably of a perfectly executed strike on Oscar. Glad you guys can see all this cuteness!

I'll see if my lady can capture it. I'm still rocking an Iphone 4S (vintage!) and the camera is just dogshit. It's kind of adorable because once Castro "strikes" he doesn't actually do anything but put a paw on Oscar. The chihuahua, however, reacts as if the entire fabric of his existence has been challenged, every single time. I've authorized him to bite the kitty so he can get some peace but he just doesn't have it in him. He will do a little snappy bark/growl and then get to higher ground.

Oscar's primary defensive strategy is to spend roughly 17 hours a day under the covers.

I love your summaries of the lives of your pets lol Also what does Oscar think he achieves by getting to higher ground? His adversary is a cat after all! :-D Kudos to Castro for his 20 hours of dedicated stalking :-P The majority of my cat's day is spent on a napping "tour" of various prized locations. Although maybe that's not totally fair to him. He does spend a significant amount of his time by the window intensely tracking and "reporting" all details of local bird activity, or galloping around the apartment due to excitement about said local bird activity lol

Hahah well the advantage of higher ground is - That's where mom and dad are! He has this weird obsession with "going in the crevice" as we call it (Shoutout to Charlie Day). Basically if my girl and I are sitting/laying on the sofa in whatever configuration he will find a way to wedge himself down between our nearly-touching thighs or just find any small gap between our bodies he can slot into. Then he's safe from attack...but only for now.

Your cat is exactly what I'm hoping for in about another 8 years. Something a little more laidback! Right now Castro is at that adorable age (about 9-10 months) where he's starting to LOOK like a full-grown cat, but he still has a wee little idiot baby brain. He's either moving like a blur through the house or passed out directly after eating. There is no between. Zero interest in birds as far as I can tell! I was going to chalk that up to being "raised" by two dogs but fuck man, they go NUTS if there's a bird in the backyard on the ground...
