Another Twin Peaks fan here! Incidentally, I find the scenes inside the Black Lodge to be some of the weakest of the whole series - there's this epic buildup towards that incredible evil (significantly augmented by the appearance of Windom Earle), a visually stunning opening to the Lodge (you know, that mystical spot in the woods) and then - lameness ensues! Not even the demented screaming and clever pseudo-backward talking of some of the characters saves the Black Lodge from failing to impress me. Just my opinion though, I'm fairly sure many will disagree.

BUT: What's going to take place in May that's related to TP? I have no idea, can anyone tell me....?

I kind of agree. I think people have a tendency to overrate that final episode because a lot of it takes place in the black lodge when I actually greatly prefer the black lodge as some obscured place we only see in Cooper's dreams. It kind of made the whole thing feel like some haunted house story after that. However, after all that total shit that came before it with James's dumbass story and dragging out Lucy's subplot, it felt like a masterpiece.
