Ok, then I will start the obligatory global united Illuminati gang. No scarves, mohawks and face paint for us. A black suit, a pair of shiny black shoes and a pair of sunglasses is all we need. We will seek to rule the world through order, justice, and ultimate power. Our biggest weapons will be deceivement and trickery. We will pull the strings from the shadows, turn the other gangs against eachother, and obtain more influence and power whenever it is possible.

Septicflesh is awesome. Mystic Places of Dawn has been my shit for the last few weeks. Damn fine album.

My favorite is still Sumerian Daemons. That album is pure class. The best production they ever had and the best songs, too. It would be a 100%er if they kept in some of the mystical ambiance of those early works, though...ye gods, imagine that.

Songs off SD sound great live. When Seth said "Virtues of the Beast" and followed it with the cryptic opener and grinding bass lines, it outshined all the other mass-blasting of their setlist.

Fuck I love Septicflesh. Easily my favorite death metal related band. Basically everything they've done has been absolutely excellent except for A Fallen Temple and Revolution DNA, the former of which still being decent. I especially favor the archaic beauty of their early work. MPoD and OW are incredible albums; so much atmosphere... Also, their leads are pure bliss.

I still don't get why they made their name one word. Septic Flesh isn't any bit harder to read than Septicflesh.

I find them really really shit, I have no idea why people like them. One of my least favourite bands in the world.

It was supposed to look better according to the band. Like a reverse Overkill where there's a space in the logo but it's still one word. The band otherwise couldn't do that central-pyramid-eye in the "c" otherwise.

Just came back from the dinner. Had Galician octopus with noisette potatoes on the side and some white Rutini. It was heavenly. Also got tons of new clothes from the family and a pair of new, damn big headphones. My mother's cake was also amazing, as expected. A nice birthday overall.

About the whole gang thing; seems like I'll side with the Batallions of Fear. They have the coolest name, and some of the best bloody music.
