See the link in my sig for my own work - ambient techno/ambient in the vein of Monolake and the first two Aphex Twin and Autechre albums.

Speaking of Monolake, he finally released some new music under that project this month:

Hey I'm all about early electronic music like Kraftwerk and Conrad Schnitzler! Also enjoy some power electronics like Ramleh and Sutcliffe jugend.

Since when does he love techno very much? That's just a rumor that he has dismissed in interviews. He said he likes a few electronic and ambient bands like Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream.

I quite like Portishead, Depeche Mode and some of Radiohead's electronic stuff but beyond that I've never really explored electronic and its subgenres. I have a history with Depeche Mode, though, I've been listening to 'em since I was a kid and to this day I still love 'em dearly. Postishead was a more recent find. The radio station I used to listen to would often play some of their songs and I quite liked 'em, then I checked out their discography and totally fell in love with 'em.

I read in an interview a few years ago before he was released that he listened to rave and classical music in his cell.
