No... NO. NEVER AGAIN. NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *jumps out nearest window*

Play this game for proof that Christopher Robin is in conspiracy with Hitler and Satan.

Yeah, bump up your 'contact' and 'power' points more than anything...certainly helps converts the hits to home-runs. Tackling Kanga&Roo at the moment

I failed on Piglet twice before I decided to stop for sleep-related reasons. I'll continue tomorrow when I'm not on the verge of falling asleep in my chair.

This is going to sound ridiculously stupid, but I have been stuck on the final boss of this game for three hours now and it has since reduced my willpower to zilch. I feel physically and emotionally drained, but I also feel absolutely obligated to keep playing it until I can beat it. I must beat this Winnie the Pooh baseball flash game.

It is addictive as hell. Since it's a flash game, I doubt there's anyway to resume from the same level the next time :/ (unless I leave the browser open the whole time).

Well, you never know. I've been F5ing it every time I know I've missed enough to lose (since it's usually quicker than waiting for the rest of the balls to come - I've maxed out all my upgrades so I don't really have to worry about points anymore) and it's kept my stats there. I think Metal_Detector also said that it saved his stats when he closed the tab, while we were discussing it in a chatroom.

Of course, it's not really like saving your progress matters much since the amount of time spent clearing levels 1-7 and maxing out your stats is nothing compared to just how much time you will waste battling the God that is Christopher fucking Robin. :fuck:

I enjoy the two last John Mayer albums. Just laid-back americana-influenced, bluesy rock. I heard his previous stuff was run-of-the-mill romantic pop/rock. If that is the case this is a very welcome change.

I'm struggling with this game. Playing it with Cobalt playing in the background certainly brings it closer to the displeasure it induces however.

Hey guys, I'm having a difficulty identifying something. About two or three years ago, somebody posted an .MP3 of a song in the forums (this was before recommendations and help threads pre-existed). The actual song was a super-melodic, ridiculously catchy rock/heavy metal song. I'm talking this song was fucking awesome. It sounded like it was fairly old, probably from the eighties. It definitely wasn't a new song. In this particular thread, the OP stated that he could not find out who the artist was, and if we knew. It kinda became thing as everybody heard the song thought it was awesome and it became a befuddlement of the forums for a couple of weeks. It went on for probably two or three pages, I stopped keeping track since I had no idea and it seemed like a lost cause.

Does anybody know what thread I'm talking about, and does anybody know what came of it? I'd love to at least hear that song again.

Last night I got to see Thou live, and they were incredible. They played a bunch of stuff from Heathen, the upcoming album, as well as a cover of "Sweet Leaf." The new material is so good, before I heard any of it, I was really excited for Heathen, now it's my most anticipated album. In fact, I would even go so far to say that Thou are the best band I have ever seen live.

I actually said something worth quoting? Hot damn!

Edit: I also want to point out this song for everyone that hasn't heard it, I'm loving the melancholic intro.. I've never really paid Dismember much attention until now and they're fucking killer. Where's the best place to start in their discography?

I enjoyed watching session 9, especially for the building.

Not as big as Danvers, Severalls Mental Hospital near Colchester in Essex, closed in 1997,

So I came across a label simply known as KVLT while updating things today. I clicked on the label's website, to see if there was a full name to go with it, but found something far more interesting.

In their "K-18" section, which is their adults only section, it turns out that the label also sells obscure porno tapes. And holy shit, are they laughably bad. They have everything from cheerleaders and spanking, to vintage bondage and whatever the fuck "Cuban Education Ponygirl" is supposed to mean. Obviously NSFW, but if you want some X-rated chuckles, I recommend checking out some of the listings.

I think it's very funny, they can't even reach a consensus on what "short" is. It's adorable.

Update: played until 7 AM, still couldn't beat Christopher Robin and drained myself of all emotion in the process. I woke up with what felt uncannily close to a hangover and I think a Winnie the Pooh baseball game seriously drained me of my reasons to live.
