Iron Scourge is mainly a Black Metal label, but there are no strict limitations genre-wise. Located in Belgium.

Releases unto now:
IS01: C.B.A. - Kali Yuga Kommando CD & tape
Fuck your socially aware death metal band, fuck your 'ritual' black metal band and FUCK YOU! Introducing C.B.A.: a thundering tornado of loathing, cynicism and general bad taste, grinning before the mushroom cloud and pissing in the Great Abyss! Spawing from the delicate minds of Владимир Поотанг and Kim Jong-qunt, C.B.A. delivers a V8-driven mixture of punk and old school Venomised/Sodomised d-beat metal, early 90's Swedish death metal and timeless hatred and disdain for the seven billion bastards around. Limited to 50 copies.

IS02: Trepanation - Grand Maw tape
After a demo tape and splits with Sabbatic Goat and Spiteful Urinator, Trepanation released a tape only limited to 50 copies in April 2016. On this tape the band showed another face. While on previous releases the band was known for a punishing Black/Death/Grind hybrid, here the A side consist of an ominous Doom/Death track, on the B side the band does two tracks that are influenced by old school industrial (refer to SPK, Throbbing Gristle..., not the beat-driven stuff), though still performed with vocals, bass, guitar and drums. Again, there's an ominous vibe to these tracks, while also invoking an outlandish ritual/tribal atmosphere. This tape shows that the band can pull off much more than what they have been doing in former releases and thus it seemed only logical to re-release this tape. Whether or not the styles executed on this tape will be found in further Trepanation releases is to be seen. Limited to 100 copies.

IS03: Ahnenhammer - Seelenwinter tape
First demo from this new Austrian Black Metal duo and it's a lengthy demo with 40 minutes playing time. Ahnenhammer presents a form of Black Metal that is crude and almost barbaric in its sound, though being far from the bestial or war metal subgenres. There's a variety of feelings in between the tracks, such as determination, loathing, melancholy, triumph and mystery. While in some tracks the vocals are natural, in others the effects on the vocals make the voice sound more like a distant forest spirit. While not reinventing the wheel, the overall sound and certain well placed elements, like samples, keys, spoken voice... make that Seelenwinter is recognizable in between other releases in the same style. Both English and German lyrics are present. This clearly is a first demo, with not all tracks coming from the same recording sessions, as a demo can be. It, however, serves very well to show the strong points of Ahnenhammer. Limited to 150 copies.

IS04: Oppressive Melancholy - I tape
IS04: Oppressive Melancholy - Kuroitus Mielen Totaaliin tape

Oppressive Melancholy is a young new Finnish Black Metal band inspired by underground extreme metal, experimental and electronic music. The band uses these influences to come up with its own sound. Oppressive Melancholy proudly plays Anti-Abrahamic Black Metal. The sound is distinct, yet still raw, don't expect progress for the sake of progress.
I is the bands first recording, recorded between November 2015 and July 2016 and is, with 45 minutes playing time, a full length release.
Kuroitus Mielen Totaaliin is recorded between September 2016 and January 2017 and is a 27 minute EP featuring a cover of Countess' Fire & Blood.

Iron Scourge has a bigcartel shop now, but for the time being it's only for my own releases. Shipping cost calculation might not be entirely correct, but when it overcharges I'll refund the difference.
Oppressive Melancholy tapes are only available together, but there's no reason to buy only one of them anyway.
