KILL-TOWN DEATH FEST 2012

The 2012 edition will be held 31st August – 2nd September in UNGDOMSHUSET at Dortheavej 61, in Copenhagens Northwest quarter.

The festival will be a 4-day event, with a warm up show Thursday the 30th of August at Loppen, in Copenhagen’s freetown Christiania (http://www.loppen.dk). The festival will present 25 international acts, metal DJs, good cheap quality beer, vegan food stalls, horror-movie screenings, distro-area and outdoor hang-out space.

Upon request we have chosen to add an extra day to the festival. The extra day will be a theme/concept Sunday we have chosen to call “Gloomy Sunday”. We will make a chilling Sunday in our smaller venue called “Dödsmaskinen” (translated “Death-machine”) with 5 doom death / funeral doom bands plus a variety of snacks, drinks and other goodies to make it a nice, slow and heavy Sunday.
