Some really good and some really spicy bands announced here. Borknagar haven't been stateside for 20 years? That's actually pretty hype.

Primitive Man and Spectral Voice are also solid live. Merrimack are a band I probably should've checked out by now but haven't. We'll fix that soon.

Pretty excited by this latest announcement. Been wanting to see Anaal Nathrakh for a while and it'll be good to see to Revenge without being blackout fucking drunk like I was last time. Primitive Man, Benediction, and Unleashed were also pretty good last time I saw them and Voivod will be cool to check out too.

Looks like Tormentor and Deicide were just added! Not a bad addition at all, especially as I was thinking the bands they were going to add this late weren't going to be big names.

Pretty good, one more dropout was Skaphe who got replaced by Vanum. I went to check out Vanum's new album and I'm pretty eager to see them now.

Compared to last year, there hasn't been as many cancellations which is nice. Of course, it'd be nice if Neckbeard Deathcamp dropped. Complete waste of an invite.

Alright, we lost Cro-Mags (member getting surgery), Violator (visa issue), and Unanimated (singer "can't travel to US at this time). We get Dropdead, Lich King, and Tchornobog as replacements.

So someone claims to have gotten kicked out of the preshow at Ottobar because he wore a Goatmoon patch on his vest.

Several Goatmoon patches and t shirts during the main four days. Must have just been Ottobar.
