Judas Priest must be coming back for another tour, and they probably announced these dates early since they coincide with Saxon. Priest is also playing at Rock USA in Wisconsin on July 16, so maybe that's a one off or they'll be splitting up the tour. Can't image they'll stick around in the States that long.

Edit: After looking at their entire touring schedule, it looks like this is indeed a short tour, since they're booked throughout the summer. Would be cool if they're able to squeeze a New England date in there on their way out...
