So just to be clear, Napalm Death replaces Behemoth only on the 2nd leg? I was a bit confused reading their Facebook post. If that's the case, I'm happy since I prefer Behemoth over Napalm Death.

I don't own any ND records but they were awesome opening for Cannibal a few years back. Unfortunately due to the time and day I'll miss their set most likely.

Napalm are so great live. Haven't lost one shred of their energy.

I'm happy that at the Reading show we're getting Behemoth, but I've always seemed to miss Napalm Death and would've love catch them on the tour.

Got my fingers crossed Slayer would consider Wacken 2018 before retirement.

Wish they wouldve cut five of the newer songs out and added a lot of older stuff.

I went to this in the Edmonton date (all setlists are posted on setlist.fm) and I wasn't too impressed. I think this was the show that finally convinced me that I just really despise giant concerts. I like the 50-400 people ones, but in a 2000 person venue like this, I hate it. Too crowded, too many drunks, too long to get in, too long to leave, no way to get a good spot, etc. I figured I wouldn't be a fan of a sold out 2k venue show but I sucked it up because it was my last ever chance to see Slayer. In the end, I'm still glad I went, but I think I'm done with big concerts unless there's seating (oh yeah, I have horrible knees).

Seeing them at Wembley w/ Lamb of God, Obituary and Anthrax.

Don't care for LoG but am pumped for the other 3, and praying that not too much off Repentless is in Slayer's setlist

Looks like they took a few off from Repentless and added Jihad and Payback. It should be at least a 25 song setlist, considering its the last tour and all the sets are short.

Saw them last night in Connecticut. Timed walking into the venue just right to only suffer through the last few songs of LoG's set (not a fan of any band on the bill besides Slayer, and LoG is wet garbage).

For my 13th and final time seeing my favorite band? It was a blast. Even the Repentless stuff sounded good live, and though it wasn't my favorite Slayer gig (I'll always have love for their 2007 tour with Unearth)? It was up there.

I saw them last night in Charlotte. I missed Testament and Behemoth which I didn't really care about. Anthrax was surprisingly entertaining and had good energy. They only got about 7 songs in which was a bit short. LoG sucks but the crowd was really into them. Slayer was very good but they mostly played the same songs from last year. Would have been nice to see them throw in a surprise like Die By the Sword, Haunting the Chapel, Captor of Sin or some other old song they don't really play anymore but it didn't happen.

Just got back from the show here in Austin. Agree that Anthrax was surprisingly good. Their set had one song from For All Kings, and then all older stuff. I recall Time, Indians, Antisocial, Caught In A Mosh, and Madhouse. I think there was one more. Pleasant surprise.

Testament kicked ass. They threw together a set a lot like Anthrax's. Two songs from Brotherhood of the Snake, then it was like The New Order tour all over again. Disciples of the Watch, Into the Pit, The New Order, and The Preacher.

Behemoth was disappointing. Not in the choice of songs, but with their general attitude. They seemed tired and not really into it. And they kept leaving the stage for little intermissions between songs, so when they were done it took everyone a couple of minutes to realize they weren't coming back this time, because they just left.

I couldn't give a shit about Lamb of God. I've seen them twice at summer festivals and I just don't like them.

And then of course there was Slayer. Opened with Repentless, the only good song off the album off the same name, and barely paused for breath after that. Except when King broke a guitar string. They played all the crowd pleasers. Nothing too unexpected. Reign In Blood of course, South of Heaven, Seasons In The Abyss, War Ensemble, Mandatory Suicide, Hell Awaits, Postmortem, Disciple and Payback from God Hates Us All (actually that was a bit surprising), and several more I'm not remembering right now.

Overall, I think I enjoyed Testament most of all, and they were the first up. That made for a loooong day.

Went last night and wouldve preferred if it was Testament, Anthrax, and Slayer with longer sets. Didnt care for Napalm Death or LOG. Gary Holt was awesome.
