2 years ago Necroharmonic announced several rereleases, most of which did not happen. Among those the 1990 demo from the band called Decay, consisting some future Incantation members, so it's safe to assume the band comes from New Jersey. It's possible that the demo remained unreleased at that time, but who knows. Here is the pic with artworks for the planned releases, including Decay:

Additional info for Viscaxeration - they were featured on a recent 4-way split:
https://www.discogs.com/release/2947778 ... -Way-Split
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/A ... it/1202648

The other 2 bands on it not yet on the site, nor blacklisted, and not already on the research list (like Viscaxeration) may be worth looking into:
Needs research. - Rotted Priest
Needs research. - Khristhate
https://myspace.com/khristhate
Member of all 3 bands: https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... dez/191808

Needs research. - Blessed by the Sin
Location: Colombia
Genre: Metal
https://www.facebook.com/blessedbythesin
Were featured on a 2022 compilation: https://www.discogs.com/artist/14234611 ... By-The-Sin
- not sure if they have a release. Looked around the Facebook page for a couple minutes.

Needs research. - Macabre Darkness
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Genre: Metal
https://www.facebook.com/Macabredarknessb/
https://soundcloud.com/macabre-darkness
https://www.youtube.com/@MacabreDarkness
- another band featured on this compilation ( https://www.discogs.com/artist/14234611 ... By-The-Sin ) that aren't on the site yet. Haven't thoroughly looked through their Facebook page to see if a release exists. Both of these newer bands might be worth checking back on later if nothing is out yet.

There seems to be some info in this book:
https://www.knygos.lt/lt/knygos/ko-tu-s ... o-kultura/

Band member confirming they found „a tape with recordings“ in 2011:
https://www.facebook.com/arijus.skorups ... GZExGdws9l
The songs were then uploaded to this youtube channel:
https://www.youtube.com/@AlgirdasRatkelis/featured

https://www.discogs.com/release/11763743-13-13 (no idea if this is an official release)
Full stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5Kg7C8EDcs
Download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ny5tiqm30ntlsdj/Trylika+1988+-+Demo+'88+(Demo).rar/file

Contacted the ex-band member today, who confirmed that the CDr in that Discogs link, was made by his decision; it was burnt with the material, that was ripped from the tape/reel-to-reel, which is mentioned in that FB link (from the year 2011). There were 50 copies of the CDr made and spread among the fans. Is this considered a valid release? Or is this metal enough at all (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5Kg7C8EDcs)?

Dykuma: Spoke with band, confirmed no VR.
https://imgur.com/a/GwcQ7qR

Dominator (778): Sample uploader was a friend of the band. Tapes were only handed out to friends. No VR.

Fatum (11170): Samples here, will submit.

Utopia Within: Another where VR seems to be covered by the discogs page. Borderline, but I'll submit.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqI4jTq9E98

Merging With Machines: Full album here, will submit.
https://youtu.be/MJHsSP12AOg?si=Ysu1B1cxT5qtRMRx

Mortuario: Demo was available for download from band's facebook. Link is dead now, but clear it was once available. Will submit.
https://www.facebook.com/MortuarioDeathMetal/
https://www.youtube.com/@Mortuariodeath/featured

Viuda Negra (8637): Couple tracks here, probably need more.
https://www.youtube.com/@Maquinarock93u ... da%20Negra

Mercenarios: Samples here, will submit.
https://youtu.be/kaxL6XmpSxU?si=KhcR56yOnwTdEyp4

Reactor (8913): Has a bandcamp with samples. Will submit, borderline though.

Cirrhosis: I think has enough to submit for VR. The samples have scans of what is obviously a booklet, and a commentor (bandmember) mentions it's on CD.

Nosferatu: This has been wiped clean from what I can tell. used to be on apple music and spotify. This site has brief samples of the tracks. All i can gather is that it's ambient intros followed by black metal.

Cirrhosis got accepted.

Darkonus: Spoke with a bandmember. He wasn't always in the band but he believes they never put anything out. Says the tracks on youtube sound like home studio recordings. Probably no VR.

Ekron Thamar: Would not VR be covered by the Headbangers Encyclopedia entry? It mentioned a demo.

Evil (853): Not sure what needs VR proof here, there's a pretty clear photo/scan of the tape. Can submit if this is proof enough.

(about Ekron Thamar) - Someone submitted it recently. More samples needed, I'm guessing.

Unveiled Nightsky: Band says it was burned to CD-Rs for friends only. no vr.
https://imgur.com/a/5RqPtxz

Pantara: Brief sample of the music here. Up to Azmodes if more is needed to make a determination, but this sounds and looks like rock to me.
https://www.plaidroomrecords.com/produc ... it-5244555

Pantera: A track has since been uploaded and the style has been changed on discogs. It's just listed as Hard Rock now and if the sample is anything to go on, that's accurate, hardly a lick of metal.

Additional information about Decay (11990) -

It's mentioned in this interview ( https://www.carnagedeathmetal.de/carnag ... raphy.html ) that the 2 Incantation members that played in Decay were:
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... vic/122659
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Sal_Seijo/2867

Owner of Necroharmonic could be contacted to ask about whether it was released on tape in 1990, and perhaps for audio samples.

Speaking of bootlegs, is there any exception for "allowed bootlegs" per MA's standards? Or could that just be construed as a preference towards inaction rather than endorsement?

Unfortunately these releases aren't even available for download on pirate pages, 0 trace. I need the audiofiles, any one can be predominantly metal.

I've already listening to both releases, the riffs are predominantly straight-up hardcore in the vein of early Throwdown accompanied also by nu-metal riffs that aren't in the vein of early Slipknot (1999-2001), unfortunately. It can be scratched off the list unless someone wants to get For You to Fight

I say keep it off the list. Even if that last cd is somehow more metal, it’s only 5 tracks compared to two 40+ minute CDs deemed unacceptable.

Pirate (1529) can be removed. They recorded a 4-song demo that wasn't released, and reels are missing nowadays.
